Back to making our Tender Chicken Thigh Snack!

Easy, juicy and tender oven baked chicken thighs….so when you come home Starving….you can just grab 1 or 2 thighs and EAT them!

Prep time is like 10 minutes! So easy. If I can do it Nation…..You can do it!

Servings: 4 servings ( 2 Thighs per serving)

Ingredients

3 pounds Chicken thighs, skinless and boneless (About 8 Thighs)

3 Tbsp Olive oil

3 Garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp Sea Salt (White, Pink, Black, Purple….whatever color you like)

¾ tsp Paprika powder

2 Tbls Mrs. Dash Original Blend

Mrs. Dash Original Blend Ingredients!

onion, spices (black pepper, parsley, celery seed, basil, bay leaf, marjoram, oregano, savory, thyme, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, mustardrosemary), garlic, carrot, orange peel, tomato, lemon juice powder, citric acid, oil of lemon

Instructions

In a bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic.
Layout chicken thighs and coat with oil mixture (on both sides).
Prepare the seasoning: In a bowl, combine the sea salt, pepper, Mrs Dash and paprika. This can get a bit messy. Have dish towels or paper towels ready!
Season boat sides of chicken with the seasoning.
Transfer chicken thighs to a baking dish.
Cover with foil. Set aside to marinate at least 2 hours).
Bake 45 minutes at 375°F.
Remove foil and broil for 8-10 minutes (at same temp), until tops of thighs are browned.
Let the Chicken Thighs cool. Place 2 thighs in separate, wrapped foil or plastic baggie. Place on middle shelf in fridge.
Pull out a package when you’re hungry and EAT these delicious thighs!
Note: Marinading at least 2 hours will give best results. If you don’t have two hours, still bake the chicken it will still be great.
